At Kinnaree Thai Massage and Spa, we want every guest to feel comfortable and informed before booking an appointment. Please review below:

Appointments

 

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time prior to your appointment. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible so we can better serve all guests. There are normally no charges for cancellations or no-shows; however, guests with repeated missed appointments may be required to book through management for future visits. Prepayment for the selected service in this situation is non-refundable.

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the appointments of other guests.

Full-service pricing may still apply for late arrivals.

 

Refunds

 

Services that have been performed are non-refundable. If a guest is dissatisfied with their service, management must be notified within 24 hours so we may address the concern. This may include a redo or service credit at management’s discretion.

 

Gift Card Policy

 

Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward eligible services at Kinnaree Thai Massage and Spa. Gift cards may be given as gifts but must be provided when service is performed. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
