Appointment & Refund Policy
At Kinnaree Thai Massage and Spa, we want every guest to feel comfortable and informed before booking an appointment. Please review our appointment and refund policy below.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without penalty. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible so we can better serve all guests.
There are no charges for cancellations or no-shows. However, guests with repeated missed appointments may be required to prepay or book through management for future visits.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time in order to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full service pricing may still apply.
Services that have already been performed are non-refundable. If a guest is dissatisfied with their service, management must be notified within 24 hours so we may address the concern. This may include a redo or service credit at management’s discretion.
Prepaid services, packages, memberships, and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the appointments of other guests.
Full service pricing may still apply for late arrivals.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward eligible services at Kinnaree Thai Massage and Spa.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
Prepaid Services, Packages & Memberships
Prepaid services, packages, memberships, and gift certificates are non-refundable. However, they may be credited toward future services at management’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any special terms, expiration dates, or usage restrictions will be provided at the time of purchase.
